There are two F4 mounting holes on the bottom shell of the data collector, and M4 screws pass through the two mounting holes to fix the collector inside the control box.

Wiring Instructions

a) Instructions for wiring terminals

The external wiring terminals of the data collector are divided into five categories: power terminals, M-BUS terminals, LonWorks network cable terminals, 485 terminals, and TCP/IP terminals.

b) Wiring instructions for front-end instruments

RS-485 meters are divided into two wire and four wire systems, with no more than 32 meters per circuit. Two wire meters do not require power supply, and the 485 interface is polarized. When wiring, pay attention to consistent polarity, corresponding to the A and B terminals of the 485 port of the collector; In addition to communication 485 wiring, the four wire system also requires power supply for the meter, generally DC24V/DC12V/DC5V. Different manufacturers' products may vary, and the manufacturer's manual shall prevail.

M-Bus is a two-wire system that does not differentiate polarity and can connect no more than 32 meters.

3) Cable and wiring requirements

·Port communication cable: twisted pair RSVP2 × 1.0. Bus distance not exceeding 500 meters

·Power cord: minimum wire gauge of 1.5mm2, maximum cable length of 300m.
